Our Caregivers

Patient Caregivers' applicant screening process is stringent.  To be considered for a formal interview, applicants must pass an extensive criminal background check and mandatory drug test.  Each applicant must also provide excellent references to ensure that he or she is the most qualified person to care for your loved one.  Step two is  creating the best match for you and your loved one.  Not every match will be perfect so constant reassessment for compatibility continues throughout the relationship.  If necessary, changes will be made to ensure that a harmonious relationship always exists between the caregiver and your loved one.  Ultimately, all of our caregivers must possess the same five essential qualities: compassion, competence, patience, integrity, and joy.

Our Flexibility

We provide part-time, full-time, morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekend, live-in and holiday care.  We provide transportation, companionship, and assistance with daily living to anyone, anywhere, at anytime.  Aging adults require special environments.  We will guide you in making your home comfortable and livable for your aging loved one.

We pride ourselves in our ability to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your loved one is in capable hands.  Sometimes life's circumstances don't allow for the time necessary to make that "perfect match".  When time is not an option, we shift the priority to placement.
